Best aspects about my stay were the friendly staff and clean rooms. the location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was only a short distance from several points of interest. One additional advantage was the beautiful view of the pond and geese.

Worst aspects of my stay included the lack of climate control in the room, resulting in a chilly indoor temperature. the false fire alarm at 1 am on Friday night was extremely inconvenient and disrupted our rest.

The hotel had a good location, close to many dining and shopping options, which made it convenient to explore the area. Had a great Christmas stay. Loved the convenient location near plenty of dining options and attractions. the staff was friendly and responsive, making sure all my needs were met. Appreciated the breakfast, especially the presence of a staff member to maintain cleanliness. A pleasant surprise was the availability of local running routes, perfect for staying active during my stay.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the A/C in my room was malfunctioning and had to be moved to a new room in the middle of the night.
