The Indian welcome upon arrival added a nice touch to our stay. The restaurant staff were very friendly and courteous, making us feel welcome.

Had a fantastic holiday at a beautiful resort perched on a cliff overlooking the ocean. the traditional welcoming ceremony with lanterns and shell garlands was a nice touch. the staff were very hospitable and provided coconut water in shells. the room with a sea view felt like being on a ship. the highlight of our stay was the tranquil evening tea and breakfast at the cliffside restaurant. the food, especially the dosas and chocolate pancakes, was amazing. the infinity pool was a great spot to relax, and the staff were attentive to our needs.

One aspect to be aware of is the presence of street hawkers outside the hotel, which can be overwhelming. while the room was spacious and had a balcony with sunset views, some restoration work was needed to maintain its classic feel.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Trivandrum airport and situated on top of a hill with stunning views. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provide excellent service and are knowledgeable about local sights and culture. The breakfast offers a variety of options and the hotel facilities, such as the pool and gym, are top-notch.

The beach area near the hotel could have been cleaner.

We were astounded by the magical experience at The Leela. The royal hospitality of Kerala truly exceeded our expectations. The club suite we stayed in was worth every penny, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The food spread was fantastic, and we were even treated to live entertainment. The peacocks and peahens roaming around the property added a touch of natural beauty. The infinity pool and its stunning view left us in awe. The staff were well-behaved and enthusiastic, making our stay even more special.

I enjoyed the stunning sea views from my room and private pool. The hotel's location offered a beautiful walk along the Kovalam beach with plenty of shops and restaurants. The Indian food in the buffet was amazing, especially the vegetarian options. I highly recommend this hotel. I had a great stay.

The luxurious experience at this hotel was unmatched. the exclusive amenities were superb, especially the Infinity pool overlooking the beach. the library and outdoor garden area were also a nice touch. the restaurant offered delicious Halal food and had a great bar/lounge area for drinks. the location advantage was unbeatable, with easy access to the private beach.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the service was a bit slow at times. Despite this, the staff was friendly and helpful.
