Staff guided me to a place I needed at my first stay, still remember. Perfect fit for me with Wi, Fi, Free parking, Fitness centre, Flat, screen TV. Coming back for New Year, as they have Cookware, Pets allowed, Air conditioning, and Non, smoking rooms.

Our group had a fantastic stay at Staybridge Suites in Nashville. the staff was incredibly friendly and always available to assist us. the rooms were spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable environment. the pool was well-maintained, a refreshing change from other places. the breakfast offered was delicious and hit the spot before our adventures each day. the central location was perfect for exploring the area, and the overall customer service was top-notch. Not to forget, the staff even had a jump box to help us out with a dead car battery!

Check-in was smooth and quick. the front desk employee was super pleasant and helpful. Our rooms were spacious and comfy, with nice linens. the breakfast spread was surprisingly good, offering a good selection of items.

Our stay was marred by a strong, overwhelming perfume smell in the room. It was so powerful that our family had to go outside for fresh air.

Unexpected deposit and overcharges occurred.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. the bed was dreamy and the blackout curtains gave us the chance to sleep in. the breakfast was a sweet surprise, although sometimes not fully stacked. the hotel was well located, near stores and gas stations.

The pull-out sofa could only accommodate one child, not ideal for a romantic escape. there was no electric kettle in the room, we had to go down to find hot water for our tea.

The hotel is conveniently located near a charging station for Tesla and offers easy access to many commercial places. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a very clean environment. The hotel staff is extremely nice and attentive, making sure all your needs are met. The fitness facility is well-maintained and the pool is clean and refreshing.

The breakfast options could be improved and better stocked to accommodate the number of guests.

Our stay at Staybridge Suites was incredible. The property was up to date and very clean, making us feel like we were the first guests to ever stay in our room. Great location, 10 mins from downtown Franklin and 25 mins from Broadway in Nashville. Across from Walmart and close to other stores. Brand new facility. Comfortable stay.
