During my recent stay at Springhill Suites, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room. The modern decor added a touch of elegance to the ambiance. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, although the pillows could have been more comfortable. The breakfast spread was satisfactory, with decent options available. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping and dining options. The outdoor pool, shared with a neighboring property, was a nice addition and a great place to relax. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was close to restaurants and casinos, perfect for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate living area featuring a comfy couch. It was a great place to relax after a long day. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided excellent value for money.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

We had a wonderful stay here, located just a short distance away from a variety of restaurants and casinos. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry readily available. The room itself was cozy and equipped with various amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun terrace that allowed us to relax during our downtime. this place provides an excellent value for its amenities and location.

This hotel is a great value for money, with clean, spacious rooms that have all the basic amenities you need. The staff is friendly and professional, and the breakfast is filling and delicious. Additionally, the location is very convenient, being close to stores, restaurants, and casinos. I especially appreciated the bed sofa and the hot tub in my suite, which made my stay very comfortable.

Nothing is perfect.

The room layout was perfect for sharing with a friend, with separate toilet and shower rooms. I also appreciated the extra space with a sitting area and work space. The staff tried their best to fix the hot tub, even though it didn't quite work. a comfortable and clean stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 3 days. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. We really enjoyed relaxing there. The location was also great, close to the casino and golf course. We were given free swimming passes to the nearby casino and there was a shuttle that ran frequently between the hotel and casino. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a small kitchenette and a separate living room area. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options. we were really pleased with our stay.

This hotel is a great option for those who plan to go to the casinos frequently, as it is in a convenient location close to them. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the A/C works well. The breakfast is quite good with excellent beds and pillows.

The elevator floor can be a bit unsafe as it is often wet from people leaving the pool area.

I had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire 3-day stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially loved the separate toilet area from the shower and vanity. The location was great, with plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. The hotel even called after we checked out to let us know they found my son's necklace. a fantastic experience!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Even during peak times, the staff was always on top of things, from cleaning the mirrors in the hallway to bringing out the yellow caution sign. the hotel had a very friendly staff, always ready to lend a helping hand. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with easy access to many nearby locations and just a mile away from the Golden Nugget.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. the ice machine on our floor either didn't work or was always empty, which was a little inconvenient.

We got great value for our money at Springhill Suites. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The breakfast was also very good!

The breakfast menu could be improved by adding cups to the rooms for the coffee pot and bathroom, as well as placing tissue in the seating area. It would also be nice to have an extra blanket or two in the closet and ensure that there are enough bath towels for the number of guests.

Excellent CS skills, quick check-in, well-designed room, plenty of lighting, comfortable beds, pleasant breakfast area.
