This hotel is amazing! Firstly, the location couldn't have been better - it was really close to everything we wanted to see in the city. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Our room had the most incredible view of downtown and was really spacious. And the breakfast was delicious!

Our room was frequently left uncleaned and we had to request fresh towels multiple times. Additionally, the front desk staff were not very helpful or knowledgeable about the area.
