I recently had a great stay at a hotel in New Bern. The hotel was clean and fresh, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the highway and a variety of eating options nearby. Additionally, the rooms were even better than pictured, with the exact arrangement I had chosen. All in all, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

One aspect that could be improved was the breakfast. While it was amazing, the options could be a bit more varied.

The front desk staff were accommodating and made check-in/check-out easy. The location was right off the interstate and close to all the areas I needed to go. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and provided great recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, breads, and even fluffy eggs. It was better than most hotels offering free breakfast. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for our city break. We were able to easily access all the main attractions and restaurants within a short distance. Lastly, the staff at the front desk, aside from the receptionist at check-in, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

We did have a few negative experiences during our stay. the initial receptionist was not very welcoming and seemed disinterested.

We loved the evening receptionist, Amaris Smith, who went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mom's needs. The room was well-equipped for her with handicap features, making her comfortable. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered healthy options, including spinach, perfect for starting the day right. The location was convenient and close to attractions and restaurants.
