The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to entertainment and great restaurants. It was convenient to have so many options within walking distance. Additionally, the room itself was perfect , clean, spacious, and had a great mattress.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the check, in employee I encountered was rude and unhelpful, lacking in basic customer service skills.

During my recent stay at Springhill Suites, I was impressed by the convenient location. Being close to Westgate Mall and the Cardinal Stadium made it easy for me to attend NFL games and enjoy the surrounding entertainment options. The area felt safe and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as a delayed check-in time and the absence of extra blankets and pillows, these were minor inconveniences in comparison to the overall positive experiences I had during my stay.
