The pool towels were running low, but the staff quickly replenished them with freshly washed and warm towels. Such attention to detail made our pool experience even better! I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

As low-budget travelers, we really loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the free continental breakfast, the convenience of the free and good working WiFi, and the comfort of the beds. The layout and cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

The front desk staff, especially Paula, warmly welcomed us upon arrival and set a positive tone for our stay. Special mention goes to our housekeeper, Hannah, who created a charming setup for our kids' stuffed animals and even left a sweet note and some candy. The spacious room was equipped with modern amenities, including the option to log into our various accounts on the TV, which was a convenient feature. The outdoor area with a fountain and fireplace added a touch of serenity to our experience.

One minor issue we encountered was the absence of trash bags in the trashcans. Although housekeeping couldn't provide any, this didn't significantly impact our overall rating.

The hotel had a nice layout with separate areas for the toilet and shower. the rooms were clean and modern. the location was convenient and easily accessible from major roads.

I was disappointed to find dirty dishes in the drawers of my room. the bathroom tub had hair in it, which was unpleasant.

Lovely hotel experience! The rooms were spacious with separate living/sleeping areas and split baths, which added convenience. The staff was always friendly and greeted me warmly. I enjoyed the small onsite bar and the expansive, complimentary breakfast. Everything was very clean, and all the employees were helpful.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the AC control was a bit complicated. I wish the breakfast time ran longer and the food could have been better.
