Our stay at Springhill Suites was enjoyable and convenient. We were in town for a retired teachers' event and found the location to be perfect, just a short walk from where our charter buses were loading. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, making our stay comfortable. Despite a high number of guests due to a tournament, we hardly even noticed the crowds. Additionally, the hotel provided a grab and go breakfast, which was a nice touch.

A great location near a large Target store and close to the Medical Center. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean with flat screen TVs, refrigerators and microwaves. The breakfast is one of the best free hotels and there is a breakfast lady who is attentive. The shuttle service is an added bonus and the staff go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable.

We spent thanksgiving at this hotel and it was a pleasant experience. They provided complimentary hot breakfast and a grab-and-go brown bag for those in a hurry. the room was spacious and had comfortable bedding, a fridge, and microwave. the location was excellent with many restaurants and shops nearby, and the Six Flags amusement park just a short drive away. the hotel offered a shuttle service to Six Flags, making it a convenient and stress-free trip.

The hotel was not without its flaws. the room service did not clean our room despite our four-day stay, and we had to ask for clean towels ourselves.
