This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. Firstly, the location was perfect for my needs, right in the center and easily accessible to Syracuse sports, entertainment, and business venues. It was also pleasantly surprising how quiet the hotel was, despite being so centrally located.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that stood out as needing improvement.

Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection too! The hotel boasts great facilities, including a gym and a pool, which we found a real advantage.

The only negative aspect we found was a minor issue with the room service.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a good range of options, including hot food. On the downside, I was disappointed to find that the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional when we had an issue with our payment. They double charged our debit card and even added an additional $40 to the room price without explanation.

The morning meal could be improved by ensuring the breakfast selection is available until a later time.

The noise level in the room was unbearable at night and made falling asleep very difficult. the room was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, as there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom had a foul odor.
