I was impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to help, such as quickly arranging an Uber to take me to the airport after the shuttle was canceled without notice. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of 3 or 4 adults. We loved that it had two queen beds and a sofa for extra seating. The room was also clean and well-maintained, with amenities like a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The hot breakfast served in the lobby exceeded our expectations and was a great start to the day. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing a quick check-in process and promptly responding to our needs. The location was convenient, just a few miles away from ASU campus, 10 minutes from the airport, and easily accessible from the I-10 highway. We also appreciated that there were good food options in the nearby area.

We found the pool area to be disappointing. The pool itself was not well-maintained and looked dirty, with ripped lounge chairs.
