We really enjoyed the large and fabulous pool at the hotel. It was perfect for our family with 2 small kids.

During our stay at Hampton Inn, we had a minor issue with our reservation that was quickly resolved by the helpful front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options including delicious Greek yogurt smoothies and pressed juices. the room was surprisingly quiet, even though it was located near the lobby and breakfast area. Additionally, the staff members, especially Jason, who checked us in, and the attentive women managing the breakfast area.

The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. We found dirt on the floors and items left behind by previous guests under the beds.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They always had a smile on their faces and went above and beyond to fulfill any request we had. the hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was only a short drive away from the city center and many great restaurants. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

One downside was the high cost of the hotel, which seemed unreasonable considering it was not a peak season or a holiday weekend. Another issue we encountered was the parking situation.

Great location, only 9 miles from Cedar Point and close to restaurants and shopping. the breakfast was one of the best I've had, with fresh pressed juice, smoothies, eggs, waffles.

The rooms were small compared to other Hampton Inns and there was a lot of road noise. the breakfast area was crowded and items frequently ran out.

The room cleanliness was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The wastebaskets were of high quality. The lighting was pleasant and not harsh. The water pressure in the shower was strong.

My stay at Hampton Inn in Sandusky was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was incredibly clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. I especially loved the complimentary snacks upon arrival and the freshly baked cookies in the evening – such a nice touch!

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the pool and hot tub not being in service, and the high cost of the stay during bike week and a holiday weekend, the overall experience was still great.

The air conditioning in the rooms left something to be desired. Despite reporting the issue, the problem persisted throughout our stay, making the room an uncomfortable temperature to sleep in.
