We got great value for our money at this charming, basic hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, nestled between two towns we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, perhaps adding more variety to the menu.

And the breakfast had a great variety of both hot and cold options, complemented by fantastic coffee.

However, the location of the hotel was convenient, close to the beach and other attractions. The breakfast served was delicious and we appreciated the effort put into it. the hotel has potential, but our experience due to the unpleasant odors, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service.

The musty smell in the room was unbearable upon check-in, and the damp towels and sheets made it even worse. We suspect that the room doesn't get rented often and isn't well-maintained.

Our stay at the Starlite Resort was amazing! The newly renovated rooms were adorable and had all the amenities we needed, like fridges and microwaves. The grounds were so much fun, with grills, yard games, a pool, and fire pits. The owner even checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. It's the perfect location, just a short distance from both Saugatuck and Douglas. We'll definitely be coming back!

The motel's location between Holland and Saugatuck was perfect for our planned visits. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Starlite Resort.

One minor drawback was the presence of a nearby construction site, but the noise was not overly bothersome as it started later and finished early. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed that dogs were not allowed in the pool area, but that was clearly stated in the rules.

The motel is conveniently located near attractions and offers free parking.
