oh, where do I even begin? first of all, the room had a sofa with stains and some furniture looked like it had survived a battle. also, no one bothered to find my cherished clock after I checked out. I was half-expecting a complimentary upgrade to make this all right but apparently, expecting anything is too much!

During my stay, I experienced a frustrating issue with power outages that lasted for several hours. It was quite inconvenient as I was on the top floor, and using the stairs with all my luggage was exhausting. Additionally, I was disappointed with the breakfast offerings on my second morning, as the food was lukewarm and lacked the variety I had anticipated from previous visits.

The breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The elevator cleanliness often disappoints!!! Parking can be tight during peak times, making it inconvenient!!! Pet odors linger in some hallways, which could bother allergy sufferers!!! Noise from air conditioning units is a frequent annoyance!!!

Oi, this place is proper lovely! The brekkie had everything from crispy sausages to fresh fruit, and the outdoor pool was a hit with the kids. Only downside was tight parking for our late arrival. Will deffo be back for another stay!

during my recent stay, I loved being just a short stroll away from Florence Veterans Park, where I enjoyed a peaceful walk among the trees and quiet spaces, and I also appreciated the convenience of many restaurants nearby like Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse that made dining out a breeze after a long day of exploring.

The gym was exceptionally well-maintained, and the location provided the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. On the downside, parking was somewhat limited during busy hours and a couple of the hallway vents had lingering odors, which could be concerning for sensitive guests.

We stayed in a King Studio Suite and loved the spacious layout. The breakfast staff went above and beyond, creating a welcoming atmosphere. One suggestion, consider providing regular silverware at breakfast for a more polished experience! Otherwise, it was perfect for our romantic getaway.
