Loved the spacious rooms and super friendly staff. The complimentary dinner was such a nice surprise after a long drive! Breakfast had a great variety too. I really appreciated the wall soap dispensers—such a waste saver! Just a bummer the soda machine was down when we got there. Would recommend this spot!

First stay, grateful for the helpful wake-up call. This place suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, restaurant, fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool. Coming back for holiday.

During our stay at the IHG hotel in Florence, the Convention & Visitor's Bureau was a fantastic resource. Their friendly staff provided us with great tips to explore historical sites and outdoor activities, such as canoeing and golf, in this charming town. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Swamp Fox Cinemas allowed our family to have a memorable movie night during our holiday getaway, making our experience extra special.

My wife says that there could be more children's activities to entertain the little ones, as this is always something families look for in a hotel.
