Staybridge is a beautiful place to stay. It’s clean and nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kids loved the pool, the windows overlooking the pool, and the pull-out sofa bed. The adults loved separate bedrooms, the kitchenette, and full-size refrigerator. We did wish there was a better space for eating, as 2 chairs and a very small round table in the living area didn’t work.

Recommend this hotel. the hotel need to train their employees on proper etiquette, how to be professional, and most importantly, how to treat their customers.

The kitchenettes in the rooms were well-equipped with a 2-burner stove, full-sized fridge, and microwave. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet was above average, with a good variety of options including cottage cheese, lunch meat, sliced strawberries, and hard-boiled eggs. The hotel also provided brown bags for guests to pack lunches, which was a nice touch. I appreciated the availability of fresh fruit in addition to the usual breakfast items.

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great water pressure in the bathroom. The outdoor area and pool were beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious and served later than most hotels. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality and would definitely stay here again.

During my stay, I encountered a maintenance issue with leaks in the disposal and dishwasher. However, the staff responded quickly and efficiently, fixing the problem while I took my kids to the pool.

This hotel has a great location with plenty of restaurants close by and good transportation near streets, making getting around easy. The rooms are clean and have modern amenities such as dishwashers and icemakers in the fridge, making them convenient for longer stays. Breakfast and dinner are provided, with many options to choose from, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Some of the facilities are outdated and could use a little refurbishing, making them less appealing to some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms was perfect for our group of girls celebrating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool that we unfortunately didn't have time to use. The location was great, with many restaurants close by, and it was just a short drive or Uber ride to downtown. The staff was very accommodating, and the woman who set up and served breakfast went out of her way to make it a nice experience. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general.

This hotel provided plenty of space for our family, with clean rooms and public areas. The rooms were well-equipped, with a kitchenette and a sofa couch. The location was great, with many restaurants nearby and in a nice area close to Lake Michigan. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had multiple options to choose from.

The spacious suite at Staybridge Suites was perfect for our family. We loved having a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood on the outskirts of Grand Rapids. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

During my Xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms and the well-equipped mini kitchen with a full fridge. the newly updated rooms were even better than the pictures online. the hotel's key location near restaurants made it convenient for dining out. Additionally, the continental breakfast was good, and I appreciated the availability of a fountain pop machine and juice machine.

One aspect that I didn't enjoy during my Xmas stay was the crowdedness of the pool, especially on a hot Saturday. It would have been nicer to have more space to relax and swim.
