The hotel had great amenities, including a beautiful pool and a clean fitness center. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed during our stay. the location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a beach that was only about 30 minutes away.

Our room had a strong cigarette odor, even though the property was supposed to be non-smoking. Additionally, there was a leak through the ceiling that dripped loudly onto the window sill and floor.

The hotel's location was perfect for our visit to the Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk. It was safe and easy to walk around, and the surrounding area had a suburban charm. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and fresh, with large and comfy beds. The basic amenities were accommodated with just about everything we needed, including washing machines and dryers, a snack bar, a theater room, a salt pool, a Jacuzzi. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to detail. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the quality of the food was very, very good.

All was more than satisfactory, nothing could be improved.

The staff at Staybridge Suites Houston-Nasa Clear Lake were fantastic, going above and beyond to assist us. The reception ladies were exceptional, and Manager Crystal even took the time to speak with us. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the hotel had an excellent location. The gym was top-notch, and the pool area, although we didn't get to use it due to the weather, looked lovely.
