Friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with our room key not working, but the front desk quickly reprogrammed it for us. They were accommodating and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious and a great start to the day. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We'll definitely consider staying at Staybridge Suites again in the future.

The hotel is located in a very exclusive area and surrounded by great restaurants, stores, and entertainment options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and came equipped with a stove, fridge, sink, and dishes. The staff was friendly and professional, and the laundry room was convenient.

The noise from other rooms and the thin walls made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the spacious suite with separate bedroom, kitchen, and living area. The kitchen was well-equipped and the staff, especially Natalie, was kind and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the lab I needed for my PCR test.

They were always willing to go out of their way to help and provide excellent service. the check, in process was welcoming and any maintenance problems were promptly taken care of. the daily and weekly housekeeping service was top, notch, ensuring that the rooms were clean and well, maintained. the hotel's location was also a plus, as it was situated in a quiet area and there were numerous restaurants within a short distance. Additionally, the availability of a shuttle service made getting around easy and convenient.

One major downside was the slippery steps in the pool area. I witnessed multiple people slip and fall, including myself, as the steps did not provide enough grip and were in need of repair.

Our recent stay at Staybridge Suites was excellent! The spacious suite included a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our needs. The outdoor courtyard with comfortable seating and grills was a great place to enjoy the warm weather. We also appreciated the free laundry facilities and the shuttle service. we would definitely stay here again.

Selected detail: I loved that you can charge your devices everywhere in the room, whether by the bed or sofa or the kitchen table. It was so convenient.

It was also conveniently located to the Northwest suburban area of Chicago, about 30 miles from downtown. The windows toned out noise, making for a peaceful stay.
