Great spot for Mayo Clinic visits

Really enjoyed our time here. Super clean and comfy rooms, plus a fab staff! Emily took such good care of us during breakfast. Loved the underground parking after a long drive. Breakfast was delicious, too. Just wish the parking wasn’t such a hassle; we struggled to find a spot a few times.

I keep returning as it has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Lounge, Restaurant, Welcome drink. First stay, staff found my lost ring. Perfect for my upcoming trip.

Our stay at Staybridge Suites was great! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the large shower. Although the hotel restaurant was not great, there were several other tasty options nearby. we would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with excellent value for money. Location was convenient due to proximity to restaurants and medical facilities. Amenities such as the pool and outside area were beautiful.

There were communication issues as the staff failed to provide requested wake-up calls and didn't inform customers about nationwide Spanish game commentary.

During our Christmas stay, we found the amenities to be very accommodating. the rooms were spacious, clean, and gave off a lovely homey vibe. the hotel's location is ideal for those receiving medical care, with several stores, and restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated having basic kitchen supplies available to cook and eat.

The parking garage was small and hard to maneuver, which made it challenging to get in and out. Limited on-site parking and having to park off-site, and shuttle in was an inconvenience, especially during the cold weather.

Josie and Heather provided a warm and friendly check-in experience. Breakfast and happy hour offerings were enjoyable. Light-blocking shades made for restful sleep. The bathroom mirror and shower were of high quality. Staff was helpful and professional.

Felt right at home, couldn't find anything to complain about.
