We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The hotel had fantastic staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasant one. The location of the hotel was great, right in the center of the old town. This made it easy for us to explore all the sights and sounds of the area. The hotel also had great facilities, including a delicious breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms. Additionally, the staff helped us organize transportation and tours to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay, which made our trip even more memorable.

Elsie was extremely helpful, went out of her way to assist. Pleasant stay with spacious room, well-lit and with a strong air conditioner. Would recommend to friends and family.

I loved how I could easily walk to everything I wanted to see and do. The service here was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. Flora and Jasmine, in particular, were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were always available to assist me and never too busy to say hi and ask how I was doing. The hotel itself was luxurious and offered enhanced comfort with its soundproofed rooms, cozy terrace, and beautiful garden furniture. The amenities provided, such as the free toiletries and electric kettle, added to the convenience and quality of my stay.

This place is situated in the heart of the old town, making it extremely accessible to Ta hien street and the lake. I loved how close it was to everything - it was very convenient. The services provided here are top-notch, from car hire to dry cleaning and from room amenities to tours. The facilities are amazing, each room soundproofed for ultimate comfort. The spa and wellness centre was my favourite part of my stay - the massage and lounge area were perfect for relaxing. Lastly, the staff are courteous and helpful, making my stay here feel like home.
