Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. Loved the spacious and clean rooms, especially the comfortable beds. The in-room kitchen was a huge plus, allowing me to cook my own meals and save time. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast offered a good variety. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. a fantastic place to stay during the holidays.

The water in the hotel was a bit slimy due to the heavy-duty water softener, which was not very pleasant. Another downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom sink area as there was no door separating it from the main sleeping area.

Relaxing night's sleep on a comfortable king-size bed. Continental breakfast was an excellent start to each day.

The staff was friendly and courteous, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast was more than satisfactory, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. Despite some minor issues with the swimming pool and coffee, I highly recommend this hotel. it was a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, not a single employee was unfriendly. The breakfast was awesome and they even had a social time and pantry for snacks. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy shared space with a fireplace and plenty of seating. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and it was huge with lots of comforts like a kitchen and plenty of storage. The parking was free and well lit, and the location was perfect - so close to everything in the dining area downstairs, near many restaurants and shopping. I also appreciated that the hotel was next to the stairs so I could make a quick getaway.

We love that Staybridge Suites in Rockford is a dog-friendly hotel, perfect for bringing our rescue dogs along! The staff here are all dog lovers too. The basic suite is more than enough for us and the hotel provides everything we need. Plus, the annual teddy bear toss for the Ice Hogs is a must-attend event for us!

Two complementary facts offered were the breakfast buffet and the indoor pool. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and stores in case we needed anything. the highlight of our stay was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

The pool was freezing, and our kids could not swim, even after complaining repeatedly. We expected better customer service to enhance our kids' experience.
