I recently stayed at a hotel that was right in the heart of everything. This place had great service with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning all available on site. I loved that there were plenty of shops and commercial services around too, making it easy to pick up anything I needed. Plus, the staff were very helpful and there was always someone available to answer questions.

The spacious, spotless room I booked online was ready for me by 5 pm and the front desk manager personally attended to any issues I had. Despite a small hiccup, I recommend Rotana for a pleasant stay.

Located a stone's throw away from the famous fort, this hotel is great for tourists who want to explore the city easily. The city centre and public park are both within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and modern, while the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is delicious and filling. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool area with plenty of loungers.

The Wi-Fi connection can sometimes be quite slow.

We spent a weekend in a stunning property that made our stay a wonderful and pampered time. The rooms were spacious and beautiful with stunning views and the staff was professional and courteous. One of the best things about the property was the food offerings and the live entertainment at the authentic Lebanese restaurant. We also enjoyed a pampering session at the award-winning spa.

While the property was decent, the major issue was the water hose that was not considered by management despite many guest complaints. Breakfast was also below normal with a broken waffle machine that was not fixed during our meal.

Spacious rooms with proximity to a notable historic site, generous parking lot, and a refreshing pool, manned by friendly and efficient staff. Great choice for families with children.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that fulfilled my every need. The Spa & wellness center was top-notch and the massage experience was exceptional. The location advantage was perfect, situated in the city center made it easy for me to explore the city. The outdoor swimming pool was very pleasing with the sun loungers, heated swimming pool and the garden area was very relaxing. The restaurant served a buffet breakfast with a variety of food choices. The In-room breakfast was excellent, and the poolside snack bar provided a great selection of drinks.

The sauna was not working during my stay, which was a minor issue, but the rest of the facilities and services more than made up for it. Overall the service was great, although the bar/lounge area could be improved upon.
