We absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites. The hotel had a cozy and homely atmosphere, and the rooms felt like our own home. The location was perfect, with easy access to grocery stores and a mall right in front of the hotel. The proximity to our family members' homes made traveling to and from their places a breeze. The One Bedroom Queen Suite was spacious enough for our family of five, including two teenagers. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary dinner served in the lobby's dining area was a delightful surprise. The fully furnished kitchen in our suite was equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness of the entire room was impressive. The hotel also offered a business area, Wi-Fi access, and a clean pool area with ample seating.

We felt lucky during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The hotel is conveniently located near a wonderful upscale mall that has great restaurants, a movie theater and excellent shopping options. The buffet breakfast was awesome and the staff was great. The room had a full-size fridge and a kitchenette which was fantastic for a long stay.

The pool area was not well-maintained because of other guests not following the "no party policy".

The hotel had a lovely property and attractive furnishings. the staff member, Mark Walsh, worked hard to check people in and clean rooms, even though he was short-staffed. the hotel had a cozy lobby area with a fireplace and TV, where we waited for our room.

The hotel did not have a hot tub as advertised, which was disappointing. the front desk was not properly staffed, resulting in a long wait to check in.

As longer term business travelers, the spacious suites were exactly what we needed for our regular trips to town. It felt like a home away from home, with the ability to cook meals and be comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. The location next to the mall and restaurants was convenient.

One of the highlights was the pleasant vanilla fragrance in the air. The room had great amenities, and I was impressed by the affordable price I paid. The saltwater pool was a nice touch, even though it wasn't as big as expected. The furniture, including the bed and couch, was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the two different firmness pillows with labeled cases and the convenient shower dispenser for the provided toiletries.

The convenience couldn't be beat! Secondly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I particularly loved the size of the kitchen and the comfortable king bed. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a great start to my day, with a nice selection of dishes including over hard eggs. this hotel provided excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.
