Had a great time celebrating Easter at this charming hotel by the river. the beautiful property offers a lovely location right by the water with stunning views. the friendly owner treated us to delicious food at the restaurant, making our stay extra special.

There were some downsides such as weak air conditioning and noisy rooms that lacked proper insulation. Additionally, the contactless check-in process felt a bit confusing initially.

Great value, cozy room. Perfect riverside location, friendly staff. Cons: Food for breakfast could use a better seating area.

I always stay here. Staff helped me with late check, in. Perfect amenities: Free Wi, Fi, Free parking, Bar/Lounge, Outdoor dining, Restaurant. In, room breakfast, Pets allowed. Air conditioning. No smoking. I keep coming back for city trips.

My recent stay at Stewart House in Athens was exceptional. the location was superb, offering a stunning river view. the hotel was impeccably clean, and the breakfast included delicious yogurt. the owner's warm hospitality and the high-quality towels and bedding added to the overall experience. the on-site restaurant exceeded expectations with its delectable cuisine.

The Stewart House is nestled by the river, offering a stunning view of the water. Guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance that comes with being next to such a beautiful river. The rooms are bright, updated, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The self-service breakfast in the mornings is also a nice touch, allowing guests to start their day off right.

Noise can be an issue for light sleepers, as there have been reports of noise coming from the coffee/snack nook located near the rooms.

I had such a delightful stay at Stewart House At The. The room I stayed in was spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light, offering a beautiful view of the riverfront. The coffee machine was an added bonus, allowing me to enjoy a cup whenever I wanted. The location of the hotel was perfect, with charming local spots for dinner and coffee nearby. The staff made me feel welcomed and the atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

I should mention that the coffee provided, although organic and compostable, wasn't the best. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant had closed for the season.

Absolutely nothing.

The rooms were clean, new and had unique decor. the plush bath towels, bathrobes and slippers made our stay more comfortable. the hotel had an environmental awareness with no plastic and a 24/7 pantry with organic coffee, herbal teas and fresh fruit. the hotel had a desirable location being close to the Hudson River where kayaking and boating are available, and an outdoor restaurant with good food and beautiful views.

The noise level made it difficult to get a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Noise from other guests accessing the coffee/snack nook early in the morning was irritating.

Charming Victorian interior, beautiful decor. No lobby, but quaint and historic feel. Thin walls, top floor recommended for quiet. Convenient location, 12-minute drive from nearby town. Good breakfast, wish there were hot options. Pleasant room size and decor, towel warmer a nice touch. On-site restaurant with delicious food.
