Our stay during Christmas at this resort was enjoyable. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. the location of the resort was perfect, offering a beautiful view of the river. We especially enjoyed the pier with Adirondack chairs, where we could relax and take in the scenery. the resort also offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the towels provided in the room were a bit old and skimpy.

I had one of the riverfront rooms, and it was huge and had beautiful woodsy decor. The view outside was wonderful, especially being right by the river. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a large pool, playground, basketball court, and tennis court. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious homemade items. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable rooms with great views. Bathroom had a switch to increase heat. Shower and toilet were clean, towels abundant. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Despite the negatives, there were a few positive aspects of our stay. the location was convenient as it was close to key attractions such as the Remington Museum and local wineries. Additionally, the hotel provided access to the St Lawrence River, which was a pleasant bonus. Being able to enjoy the view and relax by the water was a nice way to spend some time during our stay. However, these positives were not enough to make up for the overall disappointing experience we had at this hotel during Christmas.

Moreover, the complimentary breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious items made from scratch. Guests can also enjoy the resort's facilities, including the beach chairs and the screened-in gazebo.

The sofa bed mattress in some rooms is uncomfortable and could benefit from being replaced.

The drinks at the hotel bar were reasonably priced and the bartender was friendly. the view from our balcony was amazing and we could watch the boats go by as we relaxed. the free parking was a plus and the hotel was located close to restaurants and shops.

The hallway leading to our room had a strong musty smell. the room itself was outdated and the carpet was in need of replacement.

Polite staff, pleasant breakfast room with good food, well-maintained grounds, great river views, comfortable beds.
