Unexpectedly clean room, modern amenities were nice.

The room had a well-equipped kitchen, which was convenient for preparing meals. Unfortunately, there was a persistent moldy smell in the room, which was off-putting. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

The room was surprisingly inviting with a full kitchen stocked for cooking. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy. I'd consider returning for the comfort and convenience.

I was charged twice for my stay.

The staff were real friendly an’ upfront about them renovations. My room had a nice kitchenette, which was handy. Everything was clean enough, and the bed was super comfy. Housekeeping did a good job too. Just wished the signage was better, kinda tricky to find after dark.

Staying at Suburban Studios Melbourne Airport felt like I was camping in a well-equipped trailer park! My room had a kitchen stocked with a microwave, refrigerator, and even a coffee maker—perfect for whipping up late-night snacks. The clean room, complete with a cozy layout, had all the charm of your favorite sitcom set. I was thrilled that I could enjoy free premium cable TV while heating up my leftover pizza!

However, the noise from slamming doors all night really cut into sleep quality. I dealt with a frustrating check-in process, including being charged erroneously for damages that weren’t my fault. Plus, the smell of smoke that lingered in my room made staying there uncomfortable, and the overall wear and tear was noticeable.

stayed here for a wedding and it was super comfy. my room had a full kitchen with pots and pans which was amazin. clean and friendly staff made it better. loved that there was laundry on-site, really helped out during my stay. I got the room for only $89 a night, what a steal!

but the carpets were kinda gross and the noise from outside made it hard to sleep. also, there were a couple roaches here and there, like eww.

The front desk staff showed exceptional care during a stressful situation, providing assistance when our flight was canceled. The renovated room featured fresh furniture, a comfortable mattress, and a modern bathroom, making it feel inviting. However, the entrance was poorly marked, which made finding it initially challenging, and persistent noise from outside during the night disrupted the quiet I was hoping for.

The staff were super friendly and responsive to my needs! They even helped me navigate the stairs (not easy with a bad back). The room was clean and had a useful kitchenette.

However, the entrance signage could be significantly improved (it took a while to find! ). Also, the surrounding area felt a bit neglected, especially the litter outside.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff stood out during the stay. Upon check-in, they were transparent about ongoing renovations, which was appreciated. The room featured a well-equipped kitchen with necessary utensils and a fresh design that added to the comfort. Despite some minor inconveniences like daytime noise from renovations, the overall cleanliness made it a pleasant experience. Plus, I enjoyed the delicious stewed partridge from the nearby restaurant.
