Stunning views from the patio and great atmosphere.

I was extremely frustrated with the lack of response when I emailed to reschedule my reservation. To top it off, I overheard other guests securing reservations for significantly lower rates upon checkout. The door security felt inadequate without an extra latch, making me uneasy about safety during my stay.

The location is undeniably perfect with stunning sunset views from the patio. While the room itself was tidy with decent amenities, the noise from neighboring areas was noticeable. It’s quite tranquil, but be prepared for a bit of sound travel from upstairs. Would recommend for its charm and price!

This place suits me perfectly with free wifi, free parking, a seasonal outdoor pool, and beach access. I remember how the staff helped me with my heavy baggage on my first stay. Highly recommend it!

I had a troubling experience with communication. I emailed to reschedule my reservation and heard nothing back. Additionally, upon arrival, my room wasn't ready for the 4 PM check-in time, which added to my frustration. It was disheartening to hear others getting better rates during checkout. The lack of an extra latch on the door for security also left me feeling uneasy.

I loved that I was just a short walk away from Ben & Jerry's for some delicious ice cream and only a few steps from the waterfront, making evening strolls by the beach super convenient and enjoyable.

The room was cozy and clean, perfect size for my dad and my friends. We had a fridge and coffee maker, which was nice. The view from the oceanfront room was stunning, and we loved sitting outside. I wish the pool had a better view, though, since it faced the parking lot. Also, parking got a bit tricky late at night, but staff were helpful when we needed assistance. Can't wait to return next summer!

It was just a fitting option for a mini-break over the weekend in Montauk with all in all brilliant value for money. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the back of the resort, which was really relaxing after a long day. Make sure to check if the kitchen setup is in good condition before you arrive.
