Lots of pillows, great airflow, good kitchen facilities, right on the water. Spacious room with separate bedroom, comfortable king size bed, island in kitchen for eating, two TVs. Beautiful ocean views. Nice beach nearby, pet-friendly. Can't wait to return next year!

The hotel had a great location right on the water, which provided stunning views. the bathrooms in the rooms were recently updated and very nice. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms had been renovated and were in good condition.

One of the main issues I had during my stay was the noise from neighboring guests. They were loud, partying until 2 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep even with the windows closed and air conditioner on.

The value for the money at Sun And Sound was great, and the room was clean and updated. The hotel's location near the dock and a short distance from downtown was perfect. The staff was truly amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who enjoy the beach. With its proximity to Gardiner's Island, guests have a stunning view to the left and can easily access the beach, which is right on the doorstep. The rooms are equipped with silverware, plates, glasses, and even Netflix for a cozy night in. The pressure of water in the shower is good, ensuring a refreshing experience.

The view from my room was breathtaking. I could have spent all day on the deck taking in the ocean. The room was impeccably clean, with everything in working order. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy decor. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was immaculate and the staff was pleasant on the phone. the pool also looked clean and well-maintained.

The room I received was not the one shown in the photo, which felt like a bait and switch. I also requested a lower level room but was given an upstairs room, making it difficult to move baggage.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! the location was absolutely amazing. It was right on the water, and I could enjoy beautiful views from the studio apartment's patio. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure that our loft sleeping area was comfortable and clean. Finally, the hotel offered basic amenities like a clean pool, which was perfect for a quick dip. the attention to detail and the rooms with a view made my stay here memorable.

We loved having a fully stocked kitchenette with a bigger fridge and stove, as well as dishes and pots available. The bathroom was also fine, and the furniture was very comfy. The location of this hotel was lovely, with a quick walk to the beach and stunning views of Gardiner's Island to the left. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they even called us within the hour when we forgot some items after check out. Thumbs up!

The location is a sweet spot, being close to the harbor and a short distance from the Montauk shopping/bar/beach scene. The service provided by the staff was amazing, ensuring that our rooms were spotless and bright. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and the breakfast of coffee was a nice touch.
