The spacious 2-bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that could easily accommodate a large group. The cozy living room with a fireplace and the walkout balcony overlooking the mountains were definite highlights. The comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms made our stay even more enjoyable. The added bonus of in-room laundry facilities was a convenient touch. We can't wait to come back to this amazing property!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect - right on the parkway, close to everything, and on top of the hill, which gave it a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with updated appliances and a cozy gas fireplace that kept me warm during the October cold snap. The cleanliness of the condo was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Situated on top of a hill, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It was so refreshing to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were lovely. I stayed in a room with a garden view and it was simply delightful. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with king beds that were incredibly comfortable. this hotel offers great value for money and provides attention to detail that is truly commendable.

We recently stayed at Sunrise Ridge Resort and we were pleasantly surprised by the location and staff. The resort is perfectly situated near many attractions in the Gatlinburg area, making it convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. The resort itself may not be up to Diamond standards yet, but the location and staff make up for it. We also enjoyed the amenities provided, such as the in-unit laundry and well-equipped kitchen. we had a great experience and would recommend this resort to others.

Convenient location near Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge, making it easy to explore the area. the resort is only a short drive away from the beautiful Great Smoky Mountain National Park, allowing for a great day trip. Additionally, the new Smoky Mountain Foothills Parkway offers a fantastic drive with stunning views.

There were some issues with the new procedures during check-in, which made the process slow. the recliner in the suite was not very supportive for those with weak backs.

This resort has quite a secluded location, yet it remains relatively close to all the action that you could want. From your room, you can expect excellent views and a great selection of amenities, such as fire pits, grills, and eating areas outside. You can also expect comfortable beds and recently updated appliances, making your stay feel cozy and luxurious.

The resort could benefit from some interior updates and renovations to bring it in line with its competitors.

We enjoyed our thanksgiving getaway in Pigeon Forge. We appreciated the free shuttle service to the nearby attractions and the complimentary breakfast. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops. Plus, the view from our room was stunning.

We didn't appreciate the constant pressure to attend a sales presentation for timeshares. We were promised a 2-hour presentation but were held captive for 5 hours.
