Amazing location right on Treasure Island Beach. The room had everything: fridge, stove, washer and dryer, plus two bathrooms and bedrooms. Loved the big living room and comfy kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great too. Grocery store just a mile away. Sunset views from the balcony were stunning!

The courtyard is beautiful, and staff are attentive and friendly. cleanliness and attention to detail falter. Housekeeping service is sporadic, leaving units not fully clean during extended stays. Limited amenities, like an understaffed pool bar, disappoints. The noise from nearby guests can disrupt your peace, and maintenance issues need addressing. But let's not ignore the positives: the heated pool and responsive front desk stand out. This spot is promising, yet needs refining to reach its full potential. Worth considering, but with tempered expectations.

Amazing beach access and close to fun attractions

We really enjoyed our stay because it was right on Treasure Island Beach providing easy access to the sand and surf while also being just over a kilometer away from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk where we explored shops and restaurants, plus there were plenty of others attractions close by like the Pirate Ship Royal Conquest and the Alligator Attraction being just about a kilometer away too which made our weekend strolls so enjoyable as there was so much to see and do within walking distance and the spacious accommodation with a beautiful balcony view of the beach made relaxing in the evenings really nice, but the hotel could improve on maintaining some facilities since we noticed the elevator was out of order for a few days.

The beach is right there, perfect for evening walks. The pool bar had great cocktails and good vibes, we spent hours just relaxing.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still fair for what you get.

So, we walked into our room and were immediately turned off by the filthy state. Dust everywhere, dirty mirrors, and food crumbs on the floor. It felt gross, and honestly, I couldn't believe someone would let it look like that.

The two-bedroom suite was spacious and offered a lovely view of the ocean, though it was more of a partial view than expected. The beds were comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue; the carpet and bathroom had visible dirt and hair. Temperature control worked fine, keeping the room comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped but lacked dish soap and some cutlery. Noise levels were minimal, adding to the restful atmosphere. Designated parking was convenient, but navigating the lot could be tricky due to cars in fire lanes. The location was prime, but the long walk to the beach could pose challenges for those with mobility issues.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and two pools for both adults and kids to enjoy. We appreciated the knowledgeable and professional service at check-in. The beach and Johns Pass were a short walk away, offering great options for dining and shopping within walking distance.

Some areas of cleanliness, like bathroom fixtures, could use improvement, and the pools tended to be crowded. It would have been ideal if our family could have been accommodated closer together, as requested.

The hotel had ramps and accessible parking. The cooking area made me feel at home. I enjoyed cocktails at the Beach Bar. The whirlpool spas were relaxing. Loved the breakfast at the Café. The courtyard was beautiful and Treasure Island had fun activities.
