We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of our room, which exceeded our expectations. The complimentary valet parking was a convenient perk. The hotel's location within walking distance of the Amway Center was a definite plus for us.

The unique decor and art throughout the hotel added a special touch to the overall ambiance. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient, especially considering the affordable price. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it is close to local attractions and a short distance from the Amway stadium where we attended a game. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful pool and spa area that emitted relaxing scents. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially the valet who provided quick service for check-in and check-out.

Great service and attentive staff throughout the hotel. the front desk and valet were friendly and helpful. the unique art and eclectic vibe of the hotel added to its charm.

There were some issues with the room. We were given the wrong room initially and had to switch twice.

the hotel had a nice downtown location that was convenient to everything. the vibe of the hotel was cool, with nice decor and artwork. the bar was always packed and had a good atmosphere. it had some good aspects, but the lack of room service and cleaning was disappointing.

The room was not made up and there was no room service. We left the room early in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned, and the beds were not made.

I loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Downtown. The service was top-notch - the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool and a fitness studio. I felt so pampered during my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Beautiful property, great ambiance, friendly and professional staff, excellent meals, convenient location.

Almost perfect.

The building and room were amazing. The staff was courteous and helpful. We were on the same floor as the pool and spa. The smells walking past the spa were relaxing. The valet was quick checking in and out.

We loved the convenient location for walking to the Amway Center. The hotel also had a full-service Starbucks in the lobby, which was a great bonus for us in the morning.

We felt at ease throughout our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a large-screen TV offering a wide range of cable channels. the bathroom amenities were also good. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for our needs and it was in close proximity to our desired destination.

There were a few disappointing aspects. the initial room reservation was incorrect, though it was promptly corrected.

Romantic, comfortable hotel with great service

I had such a romantic and comfortable stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. The concierge, Philip, was absolutely amazing and made sure every detail was taken care of. We can't wait to visit the sister property in Saint Augustine. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.
