We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of our room, which exceeded our expectations. The complimentary valet parking was a convenient perk. The hotel's location within walking distance of the Amway Center was a definite plus for us.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location in the Downtown area was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the nightlife. We were impressed by the quality of service here, especially the room service, dry cleaning, and wedding services. The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful, and they even offered us a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and turndown service. And we loved the outdoor heated swimming pool and leisure spa & wellness centre, which offered a range of treatments like full body massage and facial.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to many events and places during our city break. the artwork throughout the hotel was impressive and added a unique touch. the restaurant/lounge had a nice atmosphere and the food was delicious. the red wine selection was extensive and we found a new favorite. the staff was accommodating and made us feel comfortable, especially during a busy event weekend.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. the carpets in the hallways and rooms were dirty, and the bathroom in our room was not properly cleaned.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it is close to local attractions and a short distance from the Amway stadium where we attended a game. There were some issues with the room. We were given the wrong room initially and had to switch twice.

The suite we stayed in had an impressive view of the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center. The hotel's fitness center was well-equipped with a spin bike and other gym equipment. I recommend the Autograph Collection property.

the hotel had a nice downtown location that was convenient to everything. the vibe of the hotel was cool, with nice decor and artwork. the bar was always packed and had a good atmosphere. it had some good aspects, but the lack of room service and cleaning was disappointing.

The room was not made up and there was no room service. We left the room early in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned, and the beds were not made.

We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. the lobby had a unique and artistic vibe, with cool artwork and dark red furnishings. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the concierge lounge provided a nice breakfast and evening snacks for elite guests. the outdoor pool and jacuzzi on the sixth floor were a great way to relax and enjoy the city views.

The valet service was unreliable, as they didn't have our car ready when we requested it multiple times. the service at the lounge during dinner was poor, with missing food items and a lack of attentiveness from the waitress.

The hotel’s design is beautiful and unique, with a pleasant pool area. The customer service at the front desk was excellent.

The building and room were amazing. The staff was courteous and helpful. We were on the same floor as the pool and spa. The smells walking past the spa were relaxing. The valet was quick checking in and out.

We loved the convenient location for walking to the Amway Center. The hotel also had a full-service Starbucks in the lobby, which was a great bonus for us in the morning.

We felt at ease throughout our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.
