We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of our room, which exceeded our expectations. The complimentary valet parking was a convenient perk. The hotel's location within walking distance of the Amway Center was a definite plus for us.

The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful, and they even offered us a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and turndown service. And we loved the outdoor heated swimming pool and leisure spa & wellness centre, which offered a range of treatments like full body massage and facial.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to many events and places during our city break. The artwork throughout the hotel was impressive and added a unique touch. The restaurant/lounge had a nice atmosphere and the food was delicious. The red wine selection was extensive and we found a new favorite. The staff was accommodating and made us feel comfortable, especially during a busy event weekend.

The carpets in the hallways and rooms were dirty, and the bathroom in our room was not properly cleaned. It was frustrating to see toothpaste marks on the mirror and someone else's hairspray on the floor.

The lobby had a unique and artistic vibe, with cool artwork and dark red furnishings. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the concierge lounge provided a nice breakfast and evening snacks for elite guests. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi on the sixth floor were a great way to relax and enjoy the city views.

The valet service was unreliable, as they didn't have our car ready when we requested it multiple times. The service at the lounge during dinner was poor, with missing food items and a lack of attentiveness from the waitress.

The hotel’s design is beautiful and unique, with a pleasant pool area. The customer service at the front desk was excellent.

The building and room were amazing. The staff was courteous and helpful. We were on the same floor as the pool and spa. The smells walking past the spa were relaxing. The valet was quick checking in and out.

We loved the convenient location for walking to the Amway Center. The hotel also had a full-service Starbucks in the lobby, which was a great bonus for us in the morning.
