Great location with easy access to hiking trails and parks. Lily, the manager, was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information during our stay. The room had a nice view and was clean and comfortable.

The internet connection was unreliable, and we were unable to access the WiFi. Additionally, the hotel lacked amenities such as breakfast, coffee in the rooms or elsewhere, and a shared kitchen.

Outside, there was a nice seating area with chairs where we could relax. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to Hunter Mountain and only a half-hour drive to Saugerties or Woodstock. We also loved being surrounded by the forest and mountains, making it a perfect choice for outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, there were restaurants nearby, ensuring that we had convenient dining options.

Although the room was clean, it was a little musty. The shower in our room had issues with temperature control, going from scalding hot to freezing cold.

The Sunview Motel provided a clean and cozy room that was well-maintained during my stay. The location was convenient, with coffee shops and a restaurant within walking distance. Despite the simple furnishings, the room had everything I needed. The region itself was beautiful and the motel's overall value was decent.

One drawback was the limited lighting in the room, with only one light on the side of the bed and a standing lamp in the corner. The lack of overhead lights made the room feel a bit dim.
