It was the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks and late-night relaxation. The staff at this hotel were the best we have encountered - super friendly, cool, and very informative. They ensured that everything was all right during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the financial district, close to Union Station and right down the street from many other food venues. Cleanliness was also top-notch.

The staff at the Gray are amazing! They went out of their way to make my stay memorable. I couldn't believe it when an employee greeted me with a rhyme, "Yes way, you're at the Gray." All the employees were genuinely nice and treated me like family. The hotel has a historic, high-end feel and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar/restaurant is stunning. I highly recommend the Gray for an incredible Chicago experience.
