The hotel's location was convenient and easy to find, which made it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms were initially clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for the first few nights of my stay.

There were several negative aspects that ultimately spoiled my experience at this hotel. the price of the room was significantly higher than what was stated in my AAA book, which was quite disappointing.

The staff at this hotel is super friendly and welcoming! The General Manager Jimmy went above and beyond for us, allowing us early check-in and a late check-out. The location is convenient and the beds are comfortable. The rooms, although dated, were clean and decent.

Nice updated room with plush carpet and good amenities. the staff, particularly Isabel and Brooklyn, were friendly and helpful. Isabel even went out of her way to show us how to operate the quirky shower and provided us with great recommendations for things to do in the area. the hotel also had pet-friendly rooms, which was a plus for us as we were traveling with our pets.

The breakfast could use some improvement and the check-in staff needs better training in handling credit card transactions. There was an issue with my bill being overcharged and it took them 6 days to fix it.

We stayed at Super 8 in Alturas while searching for rainbow obsidian in Davis Creek. The hotel's proximity to our destination made it a convenient choice. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the General Manager, Jimmy. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to check in early and stay an hour past checkout. He even let us use the dumpster to help with unloading our car. The beds were comfortable, and despite the dated decor, the rooms were clean.

The general manager, Jimmy, deserves a special mention as he allowed me to check in early and provided an extra hour for check out. He even let me use the dumpster to unload my car and make more space. the facilities and amenities at the hotel were great.

The motel was comfortable and clean, and everything was well-stocked. the shower was great, and even though the towels were a bit skimpy, it didn't take away from the overall experience. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant.

The internet and TV reception were a bit problematic, but considering the location of the motel in a remote area, it was somewhat expected. the price for the room seemed to be higher than advertised, and there was some miscommunication regarding extending our stay.
