Friendly service and clean accommodations

Our experience at Super 8 Flagstaff was delightful, thanks to the attentive staff who graciously accommodated our early check-in request. The room was clean, and the quick breakfast options were convenient, though we wished for more variety. a pleasant stay that met our needs!

The night staff were genuinely friendly, bringing towels quickly, which was a nice touch. the day shift staff seemed disinterested, impacting the overall experience. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and finding a random pill on the floor was alarming, especially with kids around. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with makeup remover wipes. Breakfast was decent, with attentive staff, but the facility felt low quality. I paid $160 for a room that felt more like an $80 stay, especially with issues like gas odors and room discrepancies. It's a mixed bag that leaves room for improvement.

Trains were a noisy disruption until after midnight. The breakfast layout was cramped and disorganized, making it difficult to navigate. Though the amenities like the fridge, microwave, and body care products were nice, the room felt neglected with issues like a dripping tap and a dead bug. Staff could improve in friendliness. For the price, I expected a better experience and cleanliness.

We had such a frustrating experience! The carpet in our room was completely torn up and left my husband with a nasty foot puncture. It really put a damper on our trip; we expected better from a hotel at this price point.

I visited Beasley Art Gallery for a taste of American culture. The newly remodeled property is ideal for exploring Northern Arizona. I took a day trip to the jaw-dropping Grand Canyon. Free breakfast was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic time wandering around the area because the hotel is right on Route 66 and only a few steps away from local eateries like Tacos Los Altos and Jack in the Box, plus it's really close to amazing attractions like Mt Elden Lookout Trail and Flagstaff Mall, making it a great base for family adventures and outdoor fun; the rooms were spacious and the staff friendly, though I wish the breakfast area was bigger to accommodate the crowd.
