This hotel was a great value for the price we paid. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious, with a large closet and a fair-sized bathroom. We also loved the location of our room, as it was on the main floor of the Edelweiss building. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our breakfast at Everetts. we had a wonderful stay here.

The location of the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by stunning scenery and with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. From hiking to biking, there was never a dull moment. The hotel also had great attention to detail, as the rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff at the hotel were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Good breakfast, fun chair ride, and enjoyable waterpark. Convenient location near lake, Boyne City, and Petosky. On-site spa for anniversary celebration. Upgraded to a spacious, well-equipped apartment-style room. Indoor heated pool and cafe were highlights, along with breathtaking view. Community-like atmosphere with various amenities.

Convenient location: the hotel is located in close proximity to the slopes and the village area, making it easy to access the ski activities and amenities. Comfortable beds: the beds in the hotel rooms were surprisingly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of skiing. Beautiful surroundings: the hotel has a charming cabin-like atmosphere, with a cool Nordic vibe in the lounge area. It felt cozy and inviting, like being in someone's large home.

Communication gaps: There were several instances where there was a lack of communication from the staff, such as not being informed about the availability of lift tickets in the ski rental area or the closure of certain lifts at 1pm. Inefficient lift lines: Despite being a weekday, the organization of the lift lines was poor, resulting in long wait times and chairs not being filled to capacity.

I had a fantastic time exploring Boyne Mountain! The variety of activities, from skiing to water park fun, made it the perfect family getaway. The cabins were cozy and the atmosphere was welcoming. I especially loved roasting marshmallows by the fire. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable vacation experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel tucked away in a beautiful location, perfect for ski enthusiasts like myself. The rooms were clean and tidy upon check-in, providing all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast in the main lodge - although it was sometimes picked over, the variety of options was amazing. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to local attractions made it extremely convenient to access ski equipment and explore the surrounding area.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I have no complaints about my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

While dining in the Swiss-themed restaurant with a view of Everett's restaurant, the food was exceptional and the service was pleasant. The gift shop had a variety of unique items that caught my attention. Moreover, the room provided a comfortable bed and ample space, making it a cozy place to relax.

The security was overzealous and invasive, resulting in an unpleasant experience.

Massive upgraded room, beautiful scenery, indoor pool, café and gift shop, friendly spa staff.

My husband and I, along with my two grandchildren , had a wonderful stay at Boyne Mountain. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with delicious pancakes, as well as a fun chair ride and waterpark. We appreciated the convenience of having stores and restaurants on-site, although we didn't use them due to the resort being cash only. The spacious and comfortable room was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the family-oriented atmosphere and range of activities.

Everything was spot on.

We spent an amazing Xmas holiday in this mountain resort. They offered us free cookies and hot cocoa which was a great treat after being out in the snow. the location itself was perfect, right in the heart of the slopes. We also enjoyed the indoor pool that was well-maintained and heated.

The room we were allocated was not up to par. It was quite small and cramped, and the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable.

It's like staying in a small town with many sports activity options and stores. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with breathtaking views. The indoor pool was a favorite spot, alongside the café and gift shop. The outdoor activities like smores and golf cart rental were perfect for the kids. The staff was also accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is great value for money! The attention to detail is impressive - love the location behind the clock tower, it puts you right in the center of all activities. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities are all provided and the breakfast on the meal plan is a nice touch. As described in the reviews, the view is breathtaking, and the teaching staff is very good with kids.

Additionally, the location was perfect, right behind the clock tower and in the center of all the activities. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory. The rooms with 4 beds were a great option for families or larger groups. Lastly, breakfast on the meal plan was a convenient and delicious way to start the day.
