Our stay at Hyatt House was fantastic! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the downtown attractions. The fitness area had a great selection of equipment, which we appreciated. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The staff was incredible, making us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and modern, perfect for our adventurous family. The highlight was definitely the pool, once the staff turned up the heat. It was the perfect spot for our 6-year-old to have a splash. We also loved the happy hour, especially enjoying the cozy fire pit on the patio in the evening. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. we had a fantastic experience!

I had an amazing time at this hotel. It was located right in the middle of a busy shopping area so I had everything I needed within walking distance. The service was great and the room was equipped with everything I needed including a microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. The amenities were top-notch, especially the indoor swimming pool and the welcome drink. The staff were always willing to help me with whatever I needed and the 24-hour reception was so convenient.

The surrounding neighborhood was pleasant and convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining choices.

During my stay, the hotel seemed to be quite busy, resulting in a few minor inconveniences. On multiple occasions, they ran out of bottled water, and during breakfast, they frequently ran out of food and seating.

We also enjoyed the made, to, order omelet bar at breakfast, which was a nice touch.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the housekeeping service was inconsistent, with our room not being properly cleaned on a few occasions.
