The GM addressed our concerns and assured us that any issues would be promptly resolved. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room and property were spotless, and the location was perfect, with several restaurants within walking distance. The motel also had a clear policy against people trying to pass their pets off as service animals, which we appreciated.
