We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the amazing service. Our room was incredibly spacious with a walk-in closet, giving us plenty of room to spread out. the hotel's design is beautiful, and its location right next to Nana station was super convenient for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the delicious food served in the lounge and had a memorable celebration at the restaurant. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we're in the Sukhumvit area.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The free Easter eggs and chocolates were a nice touch, and the hotel's location was spot on. the room was comfortable and clean with everything you could need. Another lovely advantage of staying here was the friendly and helpful staff who really went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

The high room prices left a sour taste in our mouths. the small pool was filled with noisy children, and there was no separate pool for them to enjoy.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the outdoor swimming pool was a relaxing oasis, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas providing shade. the garden area was beautifully landscaped, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling city. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with exclusive facilities that included a steam room and a pool with a view. the restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available.

The only minor issue we encountered was a slight kitchen exhaust smell coming through the room's aircon system at night, which was most likely due to the nearby night club or pub on the ground floor. this did not significantly affect our overall experience at the hotel.
