The rooms were comfortable and the price was reasonable. The front desk staff upgraded our room to a king bed and even helped carry our bags up the stairs, which was especially helpful since we have knee problems. The hotel had good Wi-Fi and cable, and the lobby was clean. The housekeeper was friendly and the staff overall was excellent, being friendly and professional. The bathrooms were modern and clean with updated flooring, and the beds were amazingly comfy. We also appreciated the mini-fridge and good television in the room. The hotel accommodated our pets and even called to let us know if there were any issues, but without being pushy. The breakfast had enough choices and the coffee was really good.

One downside of our stay was that the rooms were a bit noisy, with conversations from the lobby being audible in our room. Another inconvenience was that our door was hard to close, which may have disrupted other guests.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and very professional. the room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was such a relief to have a clean room, as this is a major deal breaker for me. the hot showers were great, and there were plenty of clean towels. the hotel also catered to travelers with pets, and they were respectful of our needs. the breakfast was just enough, with a good selection of choices. And the coffee was really delicious!

One downside was that I had booked a jacuzzi room, but when I arrived, I found out that there had been a mistake and all the jacuzzi rooms were booked. It was disappointing, especially considering that I had planned and traveled all the way from Michigan with a two-week notice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a remote location, and it far exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and there were comfortable chairs in the room. Despite its remote location, it was easy to find parking and the transportation options were convenient. The breakfast provided just enough choices, and the coffee was really good. the staff made me feel at home and provided excellent service.

I stayed at the West Point Inn & Suites for a weekend getaway. The owner's remodeling efforts were evident, and the progress was impressive. The room was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. I loved the unique Nebraska-themed pictures used as headboards, adding a special touch to the room. The staff also provided great dining recommendations, and the Hide A Way Grill turned out to be a fantastic choice. it exceeded my expectations and offered a pleasant stay.

I especially enjoyed the freshly made waffles and the selection of sweet rolls. the hotel's location was convenient, as it was easily accessible from a major highway. It made it easy for us to get around and explore the area. the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had.

The water in the pipes turned a deep brown color in the morning, which was quite concerning. We were informed that this was a recurring issue in the area, but it was still an unpleasant experience to deal with.
