I always return here for a city break. I feel like family; they helped me with my elderly parents. the hotel suits me perfectly , Free Wi, Fi, parking, 24, hour reception. I appreciate express check, in and wheelchair access.

Our room had limited ventilation, making it hot and humid quickly. the beds were very hard, lacking comfort. However, the tidy rooms and non-smoking policy were a plus. Microwave and breakfast selection were convenient. Pool access and outside entry nearby were beneficial. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

During my recent business trip, I appreciated the pristine cleanliness of the parking lot, hotel, and rooms. It was refreshing to stay in a strictly non-smoking environment, which I found to be a great feature. Additionally, having a microwave in the room and a variety of breakfast options to choose from made my mornings easier and more convenient.

On the downside, the room's proximity to the cleaning staff room made mornings noisy. Furthermore, there was an unsettling incident where someone was mistakenly given access to our room in the middle of the night due to a key card mix-up.
