The shared balcony facing the river made our stay at Surf Hotel memorable. The bathroom was well-equipped with lovely amenities. Although the restaurant was a bit of a wait, the food and views were delicious. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I recently spent New Year's at a mountain hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and had high-end fixtures. The river view from the balcony was lovely, and it was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, there were plenty of outdoor activities available nearby, such as kayaking and ATV riding, which added to the overall experience.

There were a few drawbacks to note. the lack of screens on the windows made it difficult to open them without letting bugs in.

The location was great, right on the river, and it was nice to be able to walk around and go hiking right outside the property. The service and staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The basic amenities in the rooms were everything we needed but nothing fancy or extra. The rooms themselves were very clean and well-stocked with amenities. I particularly enjoyed the unique and well-appointed rooms, with conjoining balconies that spanned the length of the hotel, overlooking the river. Another nice touch was the Nespresso coffee machine, which I had never tried before but really liked. Lastly, the breakfast served during the week in the hotel's restaurant was perfect - delicious and satisfying.

I recently stayed at Surf Hotel in Buena Vista for a weekend getaway with my mother. The cozy cottages were beautifully decorated, offering an elegant and comfortable ambiance. The location was perfect, right on the Arkansas River and close to both the newer part of town with shops and restaurants, as well as the charming old town. We enjoyed porch seating at the hotel's restaurant, which had delicious food. The nearby park also provided entertainment with a free outdoor concert. The separate bathroom in our cottage and the loft area were added bonuses, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at the Surf Hotel & Chateau for our recent trip and it was the perfect home base for all our activities. The location right by the river allowed us to easily access the walking trail where we enjoyed fishing, wakeboarding, and kayaking. It was also just a short walk to a charming coffee shop and a brewery. The courtyard with its beautifully decorated lights at night added to the fun atmosphere of our stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a cozy vibe. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, making it feel like we were sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was also amazing and spacious. we had a fantastic time staying here.
