This place suits me perfectly! I love the outdoor pool, 24-hour reception, and free wi-fi. The staff were so helpful during my first stay with my elderly parents. A tip, don't miss the delicious breakfast! I'm coming back for Christmas.

We loved the hotel's prime location right next to popular restaurants like Olive Garden and Longhorn. It was incredibly convenient, especially as it was close to our cruise ship departure point. Moreover, we had quick access to attractions in Old San Juan, Condado, and Isla Verde.

Check-in process could be much faster!!! Housekeeping is inconsistent. no room cleaning provided during the stay!!! No functionality in the in-room phone. AC limits room temperature too high!!! More attention needed to cleanliness standards, especially regarding the carpet!!!

Upon arriving, I was greeted with warm professionalism. The hotel is perfectly positioned near many attractions. Loved the comfy king bed and the large bay-view window in room 507—truly worth the extra cost! Plus, the breakfast selection was diverse with pancakes, bacon, and fresh fruit that kept everyone well-fed for our adventures.

The staff was, like, super nice, especially Lany. She made me feel real special, ya know? The room was clean and spacious. They had this cool pool area. The free breakfast was solid, like, just enough to get you going. Oh, and the vibe around the bar was totally friendly, everyone was just chillin'.
