shuttle service was great and breakfast was pretty good.

hot water in my room took way too long to heat up and cycled to cold quickly. there were loud graduation parties that made it hard to sleep.

The environment was lovely and clean, staff were extremely helpful, complimentary breakfast was impressive, and the location was ideal for our purpose in San Juan.

The hotel offered free breakfast, which had a different selection each morning. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed the warm pool with a bar and the small gym. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated across from free parking and an Olive Garden restaurant.
