Great location near shopping and taxi rank, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good precautions for safety.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, just a short walk away at approximately 200 meters. This allows guests to easily drop off their bags and continue shopping. Additionally, there is a taxi rank nearby for those wanting to explore further. The rooms and toilets are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, with the porter going above and beyond to assist guests upon arrival and departure.

There were occasional instances of overcharging for drinks, which can be frustrating and disappointing.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Diyarbakir, we experienced clean and comfortable rooms with great staff. This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre with sauna, indoor swimming pool and garden area with sun loungers. the leisure room with TV was just what I needed to relax. the room was top-notch with modern facilities and great natural lighting. the restaurant was exceptional with in-room breakfast provided, and the bar/lounge area had a fantastic selection of drinks.

The only issue I experienced was being charged twice for drinks, but the staff were quick to rectify it. the location was perfect with a shopping centre and taxi rank nearby.
