The location of Sweetwater At Lake Conroe was incredible, with stunning views of the lake and close proximity to restaurants and swimming areas. The facilities were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the balcony offered a great view. Additionally, the staff was kind and accommodating, allowing us a late check out.

My recent stay at Sweetwater Resort was absolutely wonderful! I visited for leisure and stayed for a week. The location is amazing, right by the lake and a variety of restaurants and swimming spots. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view from the balcony. I loved having free parking just steps away. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the staff were kind and allowed for a late check out. a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

The community of April Sound offers friendly people, plenty of activities, and easy access to the lake. The units are spacious with pull-out beds in the living room couches. Enjoy the amenities like the country club, swimming pool, hot tub, and bar. The staff is helpful and responsive, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The value for the money was excellent, with spacious units and comfortable pull-out beds. The location was perfect, with access to the country club, swimming pool, and lake. The staff at Sweetwater At Lake Conroe were amazing and always ready to assist.

We had a great weekend at this property. the owner, Chuck, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check, in process. the rooms were spacious and well, equipped, with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. the location was perfect, with access to a golf course and other facilities. We also enjoyed the fact that the property was near the lake, offering beautiful views.

There were a few downsides during our stay. there was an issue with our reservation not being communicated properly.

I had a fantastic stay here at a resort close to a golf course and out by the lake. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious apartments that had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pools and hot tub were very nice, and I enjoyed taking walks in the parklike setting with grills and picnic tables. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Additionally, I loved that the resort provided access to the country club amenities, including the golf course. this was a great place to stay and I will definitely be coming back!

Convenient and affordable! Booked 3 units for Father's day, this is our second year coming and will definitely be back next year! Love this place! The units are huge and have a pull out bed in each living room couch. You have access to April Sounds Country Club and swimming pool with adult-only section, hot tub, kiddie pool, bar and food services. You also have lake access for swimming and fishing! The office staff and maintenance are awesome and accommodating if you have any issues they will be there within the hour! It is a gated community and each vehicle has to be checked in at the security booth so it's very safe. Also saw security drive around every hour or so! This is our go-to spot in Conroe!

One major disappointment was the terrible wifi. It was extremely slow and unstable, which caused a lot of frustration, especially since we wanted to stay connected with our loved ones.

Additionally, some guests mentioned that the water was cloudy and the rooms had a moldy smell. It would have been better if the pool area was open on Sundays, as some guests felt restricted by its closure.
