Pool was enjoyable, but the mattress was hard.

The location is great, just a short walk to downtown attractions and close to several karaoke spots. The room with the Jacuzzi was a fantastic retreat after a long day, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the ambiance.

One downside was the firmness of the mattress, which might not be for everyone.

I recently stayed at the Swiss Village Inn and had a pleasant visit. The Double Queen Room was spacious, and I really appreciated the air conditioning and the refrigerator for storing snacks. Free WiFi access kept me connected, and the location was perfect for exploring the area's attractions. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds.

The noise from other guests could be distracting at times.

The manager was incredibly accommodating when we arrived late, and he even noticed our TV was acting up. After we left for dinner, he took the initiative to go fix it without us even asking, that's how you treat guests , right?

It wasn't exactly cheap , but still worth it for the value we got.

The management might want to address additional uncommunicated fees on guests' bills!!! The noise from other guests was intolerable, and more soundproofing is needed!!! Those late-night door knockers were truly bothersome.

The staff were accommodating and check-in was smooth. The bed had a comfortable foam mattress topper and the Jacuzzi tub was enjoyable. However, the cleanliness could be improved as the coffee maker was dirty, and breakfast options were limited. Great for a short, budget-friendly stay.

Yo, the service was top-notch! They really went outta their way when we rolled in late. Some dude fixed our TV lickety-split while we were out. Super clean room too, didn't even have to ask for fresh towels! Just wish the bed was a bit softer, but honestly, who cares?

On the bright side, the jacuzzi tub was enjoyable, but beware of the hard mattress. It’s suitable for families looking for a budget-friendly option but expect some minor inconveniences.

It was just a commendable fit for a transient visit in Eureka Springs and great for the money. The room was fairly clean, but the furnishings felt dated, and the TV was tiny. Bring your own sheets in case the ones provided don't fit well.
