The hotel had excellent service and friendly staff. The location was great, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was wonderful, with comfortable seating and shaded spots.

There was a lot of road work in the area, making it difficult to get to the hotel. , the in-room coffee maker was not to my liking.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is unbeatable – nestled in a serene part of town, I loved being on the edge of a beautiful university campus. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessities like tea and coffee facilities and a lovely terrace. The customer service made me feel like I was in a boutique hotel, with staff who were always ready to assist me - from housekeeping to tours. The peaceful garden area was perfect for relaxation.

This place is a must-visit and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Our stay at The Alfond Inn was exceptional. We traveled with our daughters' lacrosse team and families, choosing this hotel for its great location and nearby activities for the kids. The beautiful lobby and grounds, excellent food, and accommodating staff all made our stay memorable. Additionally, the hotel's support for scholarships at a local college made us feel good about where our money was going.

I recently stayed at The Alfond Inn for a week while visiting Winter Park. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel had a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and well decorated, with nice art in the hallways. The hotel also had a pool and gym, and the Wi-Fi worked well. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

We loved the delicious Waldorf cranberry salad and the friendly bartenders. It was great to find a place that offered affordable sodas and waters, saving us from paying the high price of $3 a bottle. The hotel's beautiful artwork and comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable. Being within walking distance to Rollins College and Park Ave was a major plus for us as foreign tourists. a wonderful experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Right in downtown Winter Park, it was convenient and close to shops and restaurants. The location was enough away from the train station to be extremely quiet. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable and clean room. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.

Staying at this hotel is a breeze as it is found in a great location, and the airport can be reached within minutes. The hotel's Main Street location is superb but it still provides a peaceful environment as it is far enough from the train station. The university campus beside it adds to its charm. The room is well-appointed and comfortable with clean bathrooms and quality amenities. The excellent service is also evident during breakfast with a wide variety of tasty food options.

Rooms are more like 3-star than 4-star. the staff lacks in customer service and personal touch.

The room setup was perfect for our needs. However, we encountered a problem with the third bed. The hotel staff was quick to remedy the situation and provided a more comfortable mattress. The valet service was efficient and always on hand. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
