Located conveniently within walking distance to various shops and dining options, the spacious King Premium room offered a lovely large bed and a clean atmosphere. The pet-friendly environment added charm, with many guests bringing their dogs along. The frustrating aspect was the inconsistent room cleaning service, particularly during our busy schedule. despite contacting management, the issues persisted throughout our stay. While the cafe near reception provided enjoyable drinks, it would have been nice if the in-room facilities matched that quality.

The staff, especially Ryan and Ocean, provided outstanding hospitality, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.

While the overall experience was great, the additional fees for parking and breakfast were a bit inconvenient and could be improved for a more seamless stay.
