The suite exceeded expectations with a spacious layout and a jacuzzi tub, which made for a surprisingly relaxing stay. Breakfast options included nonfat plain Greek yogurt and delicious waffles. Complimentary cookies at night—a nice touch after a long day.

There were several issues needing attention, such as ice machines out of order and a noticeable lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, making for a disappointing first impression. The breakfast area was chaotic with only one waffle iron for the entire hotel, leading to long waits, and the thin walls meant I could easily hear my neighbor's bathroom activities. I also noticed the housekeeping staff, dressed in casual attire, were hard to distinguish from guests, contributing to the overall sense of disarray. Finally, a navigational nightmare awaited with no room directory, making it resemble a maze just to find my room.

I recently enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region. The staff were incredible, welcoming me with hot Otis SpunkMeyer cookies at check-in. My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a lovely jacuzzi tub that enhanced my relaxation. Breakfast was delightful, offering a selection of warm dishes including eggs and an efficient waffle maker. The proximity to IHOP was a fantastic bonus for meals. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the well-kept amenities, which made my visit truly enjoyable.

The bathroom was small.

We had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn Pocono Lakes Region! The room was very clean and comfortable, which was perfect after a long day of activities. I loved the convenience of having both a microwave and refrigerator in our room. it made managing snacks for the kids super easy. The kids absolutely loved the arcade/game room, which gave them a great way to have fun indoors. Plus, having laundry facilities on-site was a lifesaver! We enjoyed breakfast each morning, and even though I couldn't enjoy it fully due to dietary restrictions, I appreciated the options they had, including easy access to nearby dining. The overall atmosphere felt inviting and accommodating, which made our family trip even more enjoyable.

A few breakfast options could be improved.

The breakfast area was super clean, and the food options were replenished frequently! Lots of fun movies on TV 📺 and the location is perfect, cozy spot✨ next to a diner. The air conditioning worked well too!

Not a single issue.

We had a fab time, ja! The arcade room was a hit with the kids, and the brekkie had some great options like pop tarts, which kept them happy. The staff were super friendly, and it felt clean and cozy, perfect after a long trip!

The staff was friendly and super helpful (shoutout to Barbara for assisting with my fish! ). Breakfast options were decent, especially the waffles and yogurt. The place felt like home!
