I was really disappointed with the bathroom situation. It was ridiculously cramped, and the door swung right into your space, making it feel even smaller. Not to mention, some of the staff were pretty unfriendly—definitely not the experience I expected!

This hotel’s proximity to Boston Common and beautiful parks made my weekend strolls around the city unforgettable as I could easily walk to nearby attractions like the Boston Public Garden, which is just 700 meters away, and the Freedom Trail, only 800 meters from the front door, making it convenient to soak in the history and charm of Boston; additionally, the hotel offered decent amenities and helpful staff, but the rooms could benefit from a little sprucing up for a better overall experience.

Rooms are clean and comfy with great amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and spacious seating area. Loved the deep tub and blackout curtains. Staff were really friendly! Breakfast was hit or miss, so get it included. The fitness center has yoga classes which were awesome. Convenient location near the park and restaurants.

The Hilton Boston Park Plaza impresses with its exceptionally friendly staff, making every interaction pleasant. The hotel's central location allows easy access to local attractions, and the comfortable beds promise a restful night. While breakfast options could be improved, the overall experience is well worth the price.

My friends and I had a blast hitting golf balls like pros at Topgolf Swing Suite and working out at Lynx Fitness Club. Such a vibe! The central location made it easy to explore Boston, and the staff was super chill and helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring Boston's top attractions on foot. The staff kindly offered us a choice of rooms for privacy, and the water dispenser was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the parking situation was confusing, with no convenient unloading area. Despite the small room size, the facilities and service were exceptional.

The room was clean and bright, but it felt small. I appreciated the hard bed, though it could have been softer. Pillows were unimpressive, lacking in comfort. Temperature control worked well, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. Noise levels fluctuated; quiet most of the time but disrupted by children one morning. The room overlooked an alley, which detracted from the view. Privacy was a concern due to housekeeping entering unexpectedly despite the Do Not Disturb sign. It was a central location, making access to parks and dining easy, but the room itself could benefit from some updates.

Despite some hiccups, my stay at Hilton Boston Park Plaza was mostly enjoyable. The trendy room with a separate toilet cubicle was a plus. Friendly staff and convenient location near attractions and restaurants made up for the minor inconveniences. Leslie from F&B handled a complaint professionally.
