The views from the window were just breathtaking, even though I didn't have a landmark view. The blend of old and new architecture in the surrounding area really captured the essence of historical Boston. I also had a memorable interaction with the concierge who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect spot for a dog walk. It was such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing - huge waste of money. Does not stand up to their reputation. While the staff was friendly, the hotel lacked cleanliness and comfort. However, the location was superb, close to major attractions. The leisure room provided a relaxing escape, and exploring nearby landmarks like the Boston Public Garden strengthened family bonds. The overall experience was average at best.

The general areas, such as the lobby and the lounge, were comfortable and welcoming, making it easy for us seniors to relax and socialize. As a senior person, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with conveniently located elevators and spacious hallways that made it easy for me to get around.

I would have loved if the hotel offered more organized activities or outings tailored specifically for us senior folks. A little calendar of events or excursions for the seasoned travelers like us would have made our stay even more delightful.

The lobby is so fancy, it's like stepping into a black-and-white movie. The rooms are clean, and the staff is actually attentive. Also, there's a FedEx business center for when I need to print out my extremely important e-mails.

During my recent business trip to Boston, I had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza, a hotel chosen by my director. I was impressed by the luxurious Lynx Fitness Club, which boasted an expansive and contemporary 20,000 square feet health club with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment. The club provided an ideal space for me to unwind and stay active during my stay. Additionally, the concierge services were exemplary and provided valuable assistance with local swimming pool options, as well as various other recreational activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The fitness club was a total game-changer for me — think more treadmill than tolled memories. The lobby had me feeling like I was in a black-and-white movie, minus the melodrama. The on-site FedEx spot was my office away from home. And can we talk about the fully refinished crown molding in each room? It's like a classy hat for the walls. Plus, there's a 30-chair barber shop, so you can bet I left looking sharp. And don't even get me started on the Topgolf Swing Suite—I could have stayed there all day! Gotta love a hotel that's a blend of history and modern vibes.

Stayed at Boston Park Plaza for a week-long trip. Excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym. Varied and delicious breakfast included. Despite being a busy hotel with group events, it was always quiet. Perfect location near Boston Common and walking distance to all historic sights. Friendly staff, clean and modern room, and a lovely bathroom. Complimentary water and cookies at check-in. Staff even booked a taxi and loaded our bags at check-out. a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to many of the Boston colleges, the city center, and the Theatre district, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist with any request we had. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The bathroom was spotless and even had a full-sized hair dryer, which was a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room, as well as the soundproofed walls that ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. They will surely appreciate the prime location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

We stayed at Park Plaza for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and a quiet atmosphere. The lobby was impressive, with a great bar, food options, and even a little shop. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Boston Common and close to the harbor. The staff, especially Jennifer at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the nearby O’Connells Irish Bar and the delicious food options. a great place to stay, you wouldn't be disappointed.

The Boston Park Plaza hotel's prime location in the heart of historical Boston and proximity to the energetic Theatre District made exploring the city convenient and exciting. the fully refurbished rooms with modern amenities and a sophisticated minimalist look provided a comfortable and immersive experience. Despite having a room with a poor view and being at the low end of all available rooms, the empty mini fridge included in the suite allowed me to store my own snacks and drinks, providing added convenience.

There was a fee for early check-in, which seemed to be applied inconsistently, as another couple was not charged for checking in early. This inconsistency in the application of fees for early check-in left a negative impression on the overall service experience.
