The staff were super lekker! Valet was so helpful, and the room had an epic view over Pier 39 and Alcatraz—absolutely loved that! Late-night food spots around were a bonus too, perfect for those midnight cravings.

The team here is incredibly welcoming, making me feel valued. I found my room exceptionally clean and cozy with stunning views of the city. It's a prime spot for exploring nearby attractions easily.

Unfortunately, the lack of a pool was disappointing. Plus, frequent noise disturbances made it hard to relax fully, disrupting my overall comfort during the stay.

I stayed for two nights and had a pleasant time. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the smooth check-in process. My room had a great view. The restaurant offered San Francisco specialties, but I didn’t get a chance to try the food. It was easy to walk to popular attractions, which I enjoyed. I noticed a vibrant nightlife nearby, including a speakeasy that caught my attention. This place worked well for my short getaway.

We enjoyed our stay in this central location, perfect for visiting Fisherman's Wharf and Chinatown. The breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids, and the grab-and-go options at the bistro made mornings easy with four little ones in tow.

The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to Chinatown and right by a CVS for snacks. We enjoyed the spacious room with two double beds as a family of four, which fit our luggage comfortably. Free bottled water was a refreshing perk!

i really enjoyed my stay at grand hyatt. the location was perfect for grabbing takeout from nearby places, and the room service was excellent. the staff at the concierge were super friendly, offering great local tips. plus, the gym had top-notch equipment and gorgeous views.
