Fourth of July was overcrowded, with non-paying guests accessing amenities. Water sports fees were high. The room was smaller than expected. Hot tub maintenance caused complaints. The restaurant was not open for breakfast. Positive aspects included the beach view, heated pool, and s'mores.

The front desk associate was chowing down on fries during check-in - interesting first impression! the joint could use some TLC with overgrown weeds and lackluster vibes, yet the charm still shines for $300 a pop!

Omg! ! 🤩 i absolutely loved the unbeatable location right on lake tahoe! 🌊 such a dream to wake up to that view. Only downside: party atmosphere onsite. Staff lovely though! 🏖️
